There are touch-panel operated coin lockers in the waiting room.
Charges to use these lockers for up to two hours are 100 yen for small, 200 yen for medium, and 300 yen for large.
Additional charges will apply if they are used for more than eight hours. The maximum usage period is 72 hours.
*Transportation IC cards such as Suica/PASSMO may be used.

This service can be used with smartphones or similar devices within the service area. To use the internet, simply register your email address from the top page, available in seven languages (English, Japanese, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Korean, Thai, and French).
This service also participates in the “Japan Connected-free Wi-Fi” free Wi-Fi area search and connection app for visitors to Japan provided by NTT Broadband Platform. This means that, in addition to the service area for the Shinjuku Bus Terminal Free Wi-Fi, customers who have registered with the app are easily able to use free Wi-Fi in other areas provided by NTT.
Multipurpose wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided. They are equipped with ostomate facilities, and ostomy appliances can also be washed here.
This room, equipped with hot-water facilities, is available to anyone who needs to provide milk to babies. There is also a stand for changing babies.
A Seven Bank ATM is available in the waiting room.
