• (4) To handle it for market survey and customer trend analysis etc.

• (1) in which prior consent of the customer is obtained.
• (2) in which it is allowed by laws and regulations.
• (3) in which it is entrusted to the extent necessary for the Company's business operations (in this case, the Company shall exercise necessary and proper supervision over entrustees in order to manage the entrusted personal data safely).
• (4) in which it is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of an individual and if it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.
• (5) in which it is necessary to cooperate with a state agency or a local government, or in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulation, and if obtaining the consent of the customer is likely to impede the execution of the affairs.

The Company shall make efforts to keep personal information accurate and latest to the extent necessary for achieving the purpose of use.

The Company shall take necessary and proper measures for prevention of leakage and loss or damage of personal information, and for other safety managements.

The Company shall exercise necessary and proper supervision over employees in order to handle personal information appropriately.

The Company shall not bear any responsibility for any damage caused by the use or no use of this website by a customer.
